1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verified Solar website and platform operated by Verified Solar Pty Ltd ("Verified Solar", "we", "us", "our"), A.C.N. 698 552 019.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Verified Solar provides:
AI solar guidance
Independent solar and battery advice through Ray, our intelligent solar advisor
Solar information
General information about solar systems, battery storage, rebates and installer standards
Installer matching
Matching services connecting homeowners with verified solar installers in their area
Installer portal
A secure portal for approved solar installer partners to manage matched opportunities
3. Guidance, not professional advice
Important notice
Information, recommendations and estimates provided by Verified Solar and Ray are for general guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, financial or investment advice, a quote for installation, or a guarantee of any savings or outcome.
Solar system suitability, sizing, pricing and performance depends on individual property conditions that can only be fully assessed by a qualified installer on-site. Always obtain a formal quote from a SAA-accredited installer before making any purchasing decision.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and located in Australia to use our services. By using our platform you confirm you meet these requirements.
5. Your account and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information may affect the quality of guidance you receive and your eligibility to use our matching services.
If you create an installer account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Installer matching
When you consent to be matched with a solar installer, your contact details and conversation summary will be shared with that installer. Verified Solar does not guarantee:
- That a suitable installer will always be available in your area
- The pricing, quality or outcome of any installation arranged through our platform
- That any installer match will result in a completed installation
Any contract for solar installation is between you and the installer directly. Verified Solar is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability for the performance of any installation.
7. Installer obligations
Solar installers using our platform agree to:
- Maintain current SAA accreditation and all required licences and insurance
- Respond to matched opportunities within 24 hours
- Treat all customer information as confidential
- Use customer information only for the purpose of providing a solar quote or installation
- Not share, sell or transfer customer information to third parties
- Pay all amounts invoiced under their partner agreement within 14 days of invoice
Verified Solar reserves the right to suspend or remove any installer from the network at any time for failure to meet these standards.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Verified Solar platform, including text, design, software, the Ray AI system and all related technology, is the intellectual property of Verified Solar Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from our platform
- Misrepresent your identity or credentials when applying as an installer
- Use the Ray AI system in a way that is abusive, harmful or deceptive
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Verified Solar excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our platform or services, including but not limited to reliance on information provided by Ray.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service resupplied.
11. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
12. Privacy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
